NOTICE – CITY OF MEMPHIS – REMINDER
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
CITY CODE, CHAPTER 135, SECTION 8.25 states:
NO PARKING 2:30 A.M. TO 6:00 A.M. CERTAIN MONTHS.
No person shall park any vehicle on any public thoroughfare or municipal controlled parking lot within the City of Memphis between the morning hours of 2:30 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. during the months of DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH of each year, unless otherwise designated with appropriate signs.
CHAPTER 1, SECTION 1.13; Violators of these provisions unless specifically provided for in the City Code, are punishable by a fine of not more than $500.00 and or ninety days in jail.
