ACCEPTING QUOTES FOR THE REMODELING OF NEW CITY HALL BUILDING
The City of Memphis is looking for quotes for the remodeling of what will be our new city hall. Below is a list of things to be done. We would like to start this project as soon as possible after receiving quotes.
- Transition of current lighting to LED lighting throughout the space. This may include adding additional lighting or updating current lighting setups. Additional outlets as needed also.
- Council Chambers Raised Platform – Build a raised platform (example available) for council meetings. Run electrical to the platform including outlets and microphones.
- Build counter space to receive patrons and meet needs of day-to-day city business
- Build walls to create office space and storage for clerk(s).
- Bathroom Remodel – one full bathroom remodel, potentially two depending on cost. Please contact the Memphis City Hall at 810-392-2385 for more specific information. Deadline for quotes is March 12, 2025 at 4:00 pm Applicant we chose will be contacted by phone.
